1. Shipping Information
We strive to get your signature scent to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Please note that due to the alcohol content in perfumes, some items must ship via ground transportation per safety regulations.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict return policy.

Unopened Items: You may return your perfume for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging (including any plastic wrap or tamper-evident seals).

Opened Items: To ensure the integrity and safety of our products for all customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any item that has been opened, sprayed, or used. If the original seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Pro Tip: If you are unsure about a scent, we recommend purchasing a sample size (if available) before committing to a full-size bottle.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at mirakaluxuary@gmail.com with your order number.

Authorization: All returns must be authorized by our team before being sent back.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the packaging. If the item is found to be opened or used, a refund will not be issued, and the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, we will make it right immediately.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged.

Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
